What is the difference between this one (dewalt dwmt81535 247pc mechanics tool set) and the (dewalt dwmt75049 mechanics tools set (192 piece))?

From what I can see, the -049 set has a few additional accessories (e.g., extensions). The -535 set has screwdriver bits whereas the -049 set does not. That alone could make up the difference in # of pieces included.

Can you use in power tool?

A regular drill could be OK with a 2.0amp battery, that is pretty low torque. Power tool is vague and imbiguous, so I'm going to motion for strike- Do not use in an impact, chrome is hard and they will blow up in your face or shred up your hands, if you have an impact wrench with an anvil then you need impact sockets.

Will these work on an air wrench?

No, these are not impact rated mechanics tools.

Will dewalt's lifetime warranty cover the tool set i get if i buy it on amazon? - I just want to make sure.
