what are the dimensions of these jars in inches

The dimensions in inches are approximately:(Largest Jar) 3.75 inches diameter x 14.25 inches height(Medium Jar) 5 inches diameter x 12.5 inches height(Small Jar) 4.25 inches diameter x 8.75 inches height

How many pounds of candy can you fit in each?

I put jelly bellies in them, each container holds at least 1 1/2 to 2 pounds easily.

Is there a recent buyer that can tell me how many lemons fit in the medium size jar?

I’ve personally only used them for candy. The openings aren’t that big. I mean you can fit your hand inside but the amount of lemons that would fit would be based on how big they are. I would think the medium one would hold 3 or 4 full sized lemons

Would coffee beans be able to be stored in them?

Yes, you could store coffee beans in them.
