can you run them under water to clean?

yes you can and they stick better after

Is it good for a bigger boob look

In my opinion no. I wish I had paid more attention to the previous reviews.

Are these thin or do they have padding ?

No padding or else they wouldnt stick! Not suuuper thin either, like they hold you quite well and thick enough that you can't see anything!

does it push up well?

Not really. The two cups can attach and reattach to each other by a little clip that you could use to pull them together, but in general terms no it doesn't push up.
