To take this properly, the instructions suggest dumping the packet under your tongue and letting it absorb there for 3 minutes (it will get into the bloodstream sublingually). It does dissolve fairly quickly when you do that. The instructions suggest avoiding swallowing it because the body will digest the protein as regular protein. I haven't felt anything per se so far, but I also haven't been sick. It's hard to tell if it is having benefit, but could be worth a try.

I am giving this 5 stars based on ease of use, not on results. Who can know that? I learned after my first try with this powder to take a glass of my purified water first and make sure my mouth is good and hydrated. From there, my saliva kicked in and I was fine. There is about 1/4 tsp in each packet, which is less than I was thinking when I saw the packet. But the key to getting it liquidy was liquid. A totally dry mouth won't do it. Let's address the issue of what you do when the 3 minutes is up. You SWALLOW it if you want. The ingredients are only inactivated BEFORE you hold it in your mouth. From the package: Allow contents to dissolve under tongue BEFORE SWALLOWING, or protein will be inactivated by stomach contents. Go ahead and swallow it the way you do with homeopathics.

This is garbage, there is no consistency in the amount that you recive every dose is different amount 1 had nothing in it. Save yourself time go with a different product, and customer service is terrible

I had been taking this daily for the 3 weeks on average 2 x a day on an empty stomach. When I started I had a sore throat, and sinus pressure plus pain. I was hoping this would help. I took this sublingually and let it sit there for a minute. For the first few days I took it 3x a day, then 2x. After a few days I noticed a difference and thought it was really helping I did read a bit about thymic protein A after realizing the changes, and it is very interesting. However, after I finished the box, I felt kind of crummy again. So I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or bad luck. I experienced no side effects while taking this. The taste is good but it is quite sweet and sticks to my very sensitive teeth for a while afterwards. I think it's nice to have if you want to strengthen your immune system. Personally I think it is pricey and there are cheaper alternatives. But maybe it did more behind the scenes than I realized, so it's hard to judge.

It is pretty easy to take sublingually and allow to dissolve for 3 minutes before swallowing. It has a little, neutral flavor to it. It is too early to tell how good it is. No noticeable effects yet. Decently priced. It is worth a consideration.

4mcg seems like such a tiny amount, but hopefully it's good to go. Researching this was extremely interesting and the potential benefits are hight. No real flavor. A slight sweetness from the maltodextrine. The malto stuck together a bit but it all dissolved in a couple minutes or less. Relatively easy to take, although a sublingual tablet would have been easier. I like that the lab reports are available. Helps to know the quality.

We are all different and effects will be unique to all. Plus it’s not difficult to take. I prefer the sublingual as there’s plenty of studies to show that there’s a higher absorption.
