Great gift for a child or childish person
A fun Lego kit for a fair price. It fits in well with the other items in the series (although I don't much care for the police, but that's not present in this particular kit). I bought this as part of a birthday gift for one of my ex-girlfriends (it was on her wish list). Now she turned out to be a terrible person, but that's hardly the Lego's fault. So, five stars.

It floats!
My nephew absolutely loves Legos, and this set was a big hit for his birthday! He’s really advanced for his age when it comes to building, so even though the Lego City Fire Rescue Boat set was pretty simple for him, he was still thrilled to get it. He had been asking for “floating” Legos for a while, and this set was perfect because the boat actually floats in the water. We surprised him with it on his birthday, and he tore right into the box. He put the whole thing together in no time, which didn’t bother him at all because he was so excited to try it out in the pool. The pieces fit together nicely, and the instructions were really clear, so he didn’t need any help from us. What made it extra fun is that the set comes with a couple of mini-figures and some little accessories, which he used to create his own fire rescue scenariosl. I think he liked that it’s not just for building but also for playing in the water. If you’re looking for a gift for a kid who loves Legos and wants something a little different, I’d definitely recommend this one. It’s easy to build, really fun to play with, and the floating feature makes it stand out from the usual Lego sets.
