Do the job, not overwhelming smell
Brilliant bug deterrent and not overwhelming smell. I use these at our holiday home in France in lanterns. They definitely do the job, give a lovely light in the evening and don’t smell too strong when you’re eating. I buy these year on year and will continue to do so

Very poor
Absolutely loved the smell of this candle,however, it didn't really smell of citronella, used it for the first time and it was OK BUT when I used it again the wick just burnt down inside the candle straight away leaving a useless lump of wax. I am so very disappointed with this item that I will not buy another.

Amazing smell ! The scent is lovely and strong , well wrapped . For all its meant to be a candle for putside , it smells good enough to scent a indoor room . I've ordered more . Good price

Not a super strong citronella smell. I think it may have attracted the midges in Scotland.

Can’t smell anything, bugs are still around and it isn’t wind proof, goes out every few minutes, would not buy again!

Amazing!
We live in an area with a LOT of mosquitos. It smells quite strongly and works well. Last night we forgot to blew both candles out outside. This morning it was still burning with only about 1 - 2 cm decline in the height.
