I’m not certain. I would look at the measurements to see if it will fit. This one stated it fits the Nuna Pipa Lite & base specifically. There was a little wiggle room though so cross reference dimensions.

Does it have thick padding？

Yes, there is thick padded lining to protect car seat enough. And I took it on two trips and it showed no signs of wear and tear. Highly recommend.
