Love this vest! Wraps nicely around my body, and doesn't jiggle when walking or doing a light jog. I bought this mainly because of the fit, but also because the price was right compared to other vests. The weight is enough to simulate wearing my firefighting gear, so gives me some practice with the extra weight without gearing up. Seems high quality - though I haven't had it too long, or taken out any of the sand bags. I think if you aren't messing with it too much it will hold up a very long time. It's easy to strap on too. Size is perfect at my 6' height - but it should work just as well for a range of body types.

Believe me, this thing is heavy. Not like lifting up a dumbell or barbell. You will be able to lift up heavier weights, but this vest is wobbly to put on. So had to take a few weight bags out, which I intended to do anyway. I'll be adding more weights back along the training. Built quality seems sturdy and strong enough to withhold the weight. Shoulder pads are comfortable. It feels like wearing a bulletproof vest - if you like that stuff you know what I'm saying. Was planning on taking to the gym, but it does look like a bomb vest so won't be doing that. use it for hiking or run/walks or in house workouts. If anything pops, I'll update. Otherwise, this statement stands.

Seems to be very high quality, although i haven't worn it much yet. The sandbags were not too bad to insert/remove. Easier than my ankle weights. One caveat: don't plan to sit comfortably in a chair with this on. The back is very bulky.

My son, 6’4” 248 lbs, got this vest to keep his core strong to wear firefighter suit/gear (75 lbs). He walks 5 miles in this (60 lb vest) and does stairs. The sandbag chambers adjust. You can fill each pocket or remove a few. Concern, if you remove, would be to keep weight evenly distributed. It goes over head and straps wrap from rear to front to anchor vest on torso. No smell after removing from packaging. It is designed well considering its total weight allowance. You have to be strong enough to place/remove this vest. I helped load the pockets the first time. The pockets fit the weights tight so I don’t think I’d be in constant removal/replace mode. Lode each pocket and leave it alone. We have female friends who can wear this vest as well. I have seen others in our neighborhood walk with this brand name vest which tells me it’s a desired brand.

At first I was not expecting much but it ended up exceeding my expectations by a long shot. The vest is solid and the weights are made out of real steel. I’m 6ft 210lbs with broad shoulders and it fits snug/comfortable. I noticed that it didn’t even bounce up and down during jogs/runs on the treadmill. There was excess slack left on the straps so it would definitely fit someone a lot bigger. Made with very good quality material and it looks cool 10/10 recommend.

The weighted vest is fantastic. I use it for lunges and squats so i don’t have to carry huge dumbbells. I currently have it set with 50lbs in the vest and only have to hold 25lb dumbbells. I can’t use squat bar because of compressed discs.

Was looking for a weighted vest to ramp up my workouts and with so many options it was difficult to know which one to go with. Absolutely loving this vest. Comfortable, easy to adjust, and great quality. This is the way to for anyone looking for a weighted vest.

It is a a gift for an older woman to work around the house wearing this weighted vest. It fits perfectly, symmetrical back and front, adjustable means weight can start low to gradually heavier! Happy with the product!

Two words - Game Changer ! Rucking is a great way to get in shape IMO Quality is excellent, stitching is perfect and weights are solid. I would recommend this adjustable vest over other items simply because of the fact that it can be adjusted, rather than being stuck with various different weighted vests. I purchased the 45lb vest. I am 185lbs so to start I took 25lbs out and distributed 20lbs evenly front and back, which is just over 10% of my body weight. I am going to continue to walk with this amount for 1 week then increase the total weight after seeing how I feel next week. If you enjoy walking as your main form of exercise, I would recommend a weighted vest to bring your walks to the next level (as long as you do not have any joint issues) you will enjoy this! I can walk well with 20lbs and keep up my usual pace. I actually really look forward to my walks more and I can’t wait to increase the total weight as time goes on. If anything changes I will update my review but so far so good, with this solid weighted vest!
