Is it suitable for a two year old

Yes it's brilliant, amd suitable for anyone. I had this prescribed for my son and the dermatologist said it'd be fine to use on anyone including a few young baby, I have used it on a very young baby and. It's like magic, it solved sandpaper dry skin (after trying other things first diprobase; oilatum; seed oils etc. Etc. ) literally overnight. The urea draws in moisture. It's literally magic.

Does this cream have any smell?

No it doesn't have a smell. I find it great for my dry skin even use it on my face etc. Have used it for 4 years now.
