Yes it does have a hood. I purchased on behalf of a neighbour and he is delighted with the quality and wears it a lot.

Size measurements- what size is small

My wife is around 155 cm tall and weighs 52 kilos. She bought a medium to allow for wearing a jumper underneath and it is just about perfect. It is a bit on the generous size, but she did not want it tight fitting. I hope that this helps.

Like most Waxed Jackets normal washing is not a good idea, a, it might shrink and b, it would need rewaxing. With all the recent warm weather I would hang it outdoors and was it with a hosepipe, allowing it to dry quickly in the sunshine. Water shouldn't wash the wax off and it would probably freshen it up nicely

Looking for a jacket size 52ins chest. no way of telling what xl, xxl, etc means as suppliers have different definitions of these. any help please?

I am also a 52 inch chest and found the xxl fitted well even with a thick jumper under it
