Is this good if you have double D chest?

Me afab is 36d to do chest they definately flatten and make him more confident.

What should I get if I'm 36 on chest xl or l?

I would say xl. Need to go a little bit bigger . It is obviously a bit more restrictive, so you want to be able to breathe

Should a binder be difficult to put on? I can’t even get my full arms through it

Normally no, but this particular binder i found is a little tighter than most I've had experience with., even so, you shouldn't have too much difficulty with it. Putting a binder on is also a little different to putting on a shirt, try putting your arms in first and then putting your head through.. The binder should then be resting on top of your collar bone, from where you should be able to comfortably 'roll' it over your chest, and you should be able to breathe comforatbly. If you find this hard to achieve, I would highly recommend sizing up once or twice.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes it was you could not see what was inside the package and there’s was nothing from memory on the outside indicating what it was .
