I've tried this for my pole dancing class last week. Overall is very useful. I applied a tiny bit in my palms and it dries in a few seconds. Last about 10-15mins I reckon? For 1hr class, I applied 3 times in total. The bottle is very small so it's very convenient to put in my bag. Like it!

More expensive than other products but it's so worth spending the extra! The grip when using this is amazing, you dont have to use a lot or keep reapplying often as it is so good. Good value for money, would recommend 👍

Dry hands all the way, by far the best grip for pole. Doesn’t leave too much residue on the pole and easy to clean off. Only need a small amount on your hands, durable and light weight .
