Dr Eric Berg suggests many people are deficient in B1 and recommended Benfotiamine as the best form of B1 to take. I've chosen XYMOGEN brand as a trusted source. My personal Doctor also recommends Benfotiamine and this brand. For more information about Benfotiamine deficiency you may want to check Dr Berg's you tube posts or his website. I find him to be informative in a practical way.
