the color is very elegant, and the quality is good. it's easy to clean after a meal with Clorox wipes.

These are all vinyl, but the way these are made (not just the color, but the texture and pattern) makes them look metallic, giving them a unique elegance with an industrial flare. I wish they came in larger sets, as I had to buy two sets to accommodate service for 10.

I love the Chilewich brand of placemats, but at around $15-$20 EACH, that's a bit too pricey for me. These placemats are obviously not of the same quality but are reasonably similar and perform, what I would imagine, just as good a job for what it is--a placemat. I love the color options, but chose the grey to give our modern kitchen/dining room that elegant yet neutral look that displays our dishes perfectly. These look great, clean up easily and I would recommend. The only downside, which is not the fault of the product, but of the person who packed the shipment: the mats were packaged folded in half so when they arrived I had to place heavy weights on them to counteract the fold down the middle. It has been several months and although it is not as noticeable as when we first received them, I can still see a faint fold. Not cool. Please, whoever is shipping these, for the love of what is right, DO NOT FOLD THESE WHEN SHIPPING!!

When I first opened the package they were rolled up tight & would curl up when I lay them on the table. Since I hadSeveral days before I needed to use them, I placed heavy weights on each corner. It turned out beautiful. What a great elegant product & excellent price.Thank you,Satisfied customer.

Used them this past Thanksgiving and my family loved them!

These placemats came rolled up and were very hard to lay flat. They kept curling up and had to place weights on the corners to flatten. Also, although wipeable, any stain has to be wiped with a lot of pressure. Did like the appearance has an elegant look for wipeable product.
