Extremely poor quality, exceptionally thin and brittle.I am a professional chef and have helped set up and run many shashlik, fish and restaurants which use open grills - this product is definitely not the type used and is not fit for purpose.Please think very carefully before purchasing this, it really is not worth it - and that comes from a professional chef with many years experience.Furthermore, due to the weight, it is extremely inconvenient to return for a refund when you actually see for yourself that I am correct.
