What’s the difference in B and D pouches?

A “B” would fit those that are average/little below average package size. “D” pouch is for those with a larger than average package. There is a decent amount of stretch to the fabric so someone that is larger can wear a “B” pouch but it will hold the firm but still way more room than traditional underwear that does not have a pouch.

Are these available in size l (34" waist)? is rise lower on hips than boxer briefs or about the same? pouch size/shape on boxers version is amazing!

The pouch size on the currently available sports brief sets is a “B” versus the larger “D” sized pouch on the boxer briefs and bikini briefs. We will be launching a “D” sized pouch on the sports brief in about 10 weeks.

Any chance you will make a gstring? the only gstring i found that holds all of me is male power, but i don’t like the material.

Great question!! I would love to know this as well. I agree with the material Male Power is made from (and California Muscle). Just not as comfortable as the Real Men brand.

Does the manufacturer make these with cotton instead of nylon? Need something that is breathable.

I'd be careful asking for cotton or spending a lot of money on it. While it is a bit more comfortable initially, I've found that it wears though very quickly on the sides of the balls and sides of the tip of the *** having worn come 'pouch' style briefs made of cotton. Lasts about 40 wears and washes or less. If you are shopping for some cotton look for a percentage of spandex or synthetic in the mix.
