Recommend for long runs
This has really helped reduce blisters and hot spots during my long runs. The fragrance is nice and does last. Not too greasy feeling and goes on easily.

A bit larger than a smaller tin
Good size for the price, these products are not cheap, but I use this on the feet every evening and seeing good results. Great for runners and endurance athletes.

Best anti blister cream for feet
Probably the best out there for this sort of thing. Never had any blisters even in extreme conditions (thick mud, wet stream crossings, ultra endurance distances) Kind of a pungent botanical/medicine cabinet smell.

Multi-purpose ointment
Has a grit texture, as it is messaged in it smooths out. Smells good. I did order to apply to feet, end of my shift to ease tired feet which worked. Meantime, got a blister w/new shoe one application eased pain & healed skin! Amazing product.

Great product, small tin!
Definitely like this stuff! No blisters and feet feel great after a long hike or run! I just wish the tins were bigger! This stuff won't last long!
