Best Guanchale !
I buy Guanchale regularly to make Italian food.this s the best I’ve purchased on Amazon.its sweet nutty and not too salty . So far I’ve tried this one , and two others. The “ award winning” one is not as good it’s more rank and salty . So stick with this brand do !, they’re all expensive BUT if you compare them to the pancetta on the shelf they’re cheaper.

Very bad
The guanciale quality it’s very low. Not seasoned enough. Not aged enough. Feels like it’s raw meat. Very bad.

Watch out for import duty
It was lovely. I paid £30, then £20 for delivery then hit with an import duty bill of another £40. This was because the seller said the value was over £135. It is lovely but not at £90 odd pounds

El Guanciale esta buenisimo. Perfecto de curación y de sabor. Ideal para hacer una buena carbonara. Tambien puede utilizarse para otros platos, realmente está muy bueno. Los vendedores son muy amables. Con el guanciale me enviaron de regalo dos salchichas italianas, que tambien nos gustaron mucho. Y nos dieron unos codigos de descuento para la proxima compra. El pedido llego desde Italia en 4 días. Venia en una caja de frio con una bolsita de refrigeración.
