Update: Still no response from the seller, apparently I’m just up a creek…. But they approved the return request…. First of all it looks great… only the zipper on the back windshield came with missing teeth keeping me from this thing being water tight. I couldn’t just take it off and return it especially with the rain in the forecast. So I left it on after messaging about the problem and receiving no response. It has rained furiously in my area for two days and the back of my Jeep is disgusting even after trying to shield it with a tarp. I really hope the seller makes it right soon.

This top is absolutely amazing and at a 1/4 of the price of other comparable tops, I'm surprised anyone buys anything else. It does flap a bit in the wind at 50 with the windows down, but if you bought a convertible hoping for a silent top, I find that kind of silly. It doesn't leak, the windows are amazing, and it holds the heat just fine in cold temps as long as you warm your vehicle up before driving, which you should be doing anyways! The rear passenger side window panel zipper is not quite aligned properly, but it is still functional, just pulled a little tighter than it should be when the panel is in it's proper place. I didn't take it down to 4 stars due to this because at it's price, I still wouldn't pay more for this to be fixed, but it is slightly disappointing. I will absolutely buy this again when the time to replace the top comes back around!

So I found out why this is a frequently returned item. It doesn't make it clear for new or inexperienced Jeep owners that you also need a frame for it to properly fit onto the vehicle which the frame is as much if not more than the soft top and when you buy a Jeep used with a hardtop it doesn't come with the equipment for this style soft top. Other than that it's exactly as the picture shows. 3 stars for not stating you need a frame. Also cost me to send it back.
