Is this a swivel monitor?

I use two of these in portrait orientation. For this orientation the thicker bottom edge is on the left so one thicker edge will be between the screens in a dual monitor setup. In portrait orientation they can tilt up or down but can only tilt down about an inch. In landscape orientation they can tilt left or right. In portrait orientation the monitor is at its full height and is less than an inch from the surface it rests on.

It does not. But it’s a great monitor for $150

What is the height of this monitor including the stand?

The point is that the dimensions of Height/Length of Monitor itself is 14.8 inch x 24.4 inch (not as mentioned on the picture with dimensions), then the whole height including the stand can be from 16.5" to 20.5".

How is the glare off the screen? Is it glossy (high glare, reflections) or matte (no reflection, controlled glare)?

It's a nice matte. Not very glossy at all.
