To gentle for this price.
Works and cleans well. It is very gentle and fragile. Materials should be much stronger for this price. Not for professional use considering you have to make new loads every 10 to 15 minutes.

absolutely love it. bought in april 2014-- I will have this extractor one year in april. the motor is going out. I use it commercially. very disappointed, now I don't know what to do with this 1500.00 machine .3-18-2015. if bought for home use it will last you forever.i can find no one to work on this extractor. 1500.00 waste of money

Great floor cleaner!
Expensive, but you cannot beat how well it cleans the floor. We bought it for out medical office. We have been very happy with it. The only thing is that it is a bit difficult finding accessories.
