The mixer appears poorly assembled, with a low-quality finish and visible dents. The small jar is missing the “Preeti” branding and seems to be a duplicate. The middle jar’s handle is loose, raising concerns about durability. There are noticeable scratches on both the mixer and the jars. Overall, the product quality is unacceptable and requires immediate attention. There is water mark inside the mixer and this is used item clearly. Stay away.

Been using it from 2 years and i love it. The Preethi Steele Mixer Grinder is a powerful and reliable kitchen companion. Its stainless steel jars and strong 550-watt motor handle everything from chutneys to batters with ease. The sleek design and safety features are a bonus. Slightly noisy, but totally worth it for the performance. Great for everyday Indian cooking!

Works really well. But makes little sounds here and there. It works like a rhino smashing into a tree.

We use this to grind different spices varying from cardamon to tumeric. The build is good and the steel finish makes it easy to clean. You can simply wipe with a clean cloth and it's sparkles. Unlike most mixer Grindr a dejar needs to be fixed properly for it to switch on and there is a little difficulty in removing the jar after you finish but you'll get used to it as you do it . The small jar grinds almost anything, I use it to grind my chili powder and other spices that I require. I use it on an everyday basis so its pretty study .I used to medium size chart for making battery and it takes around 15 to 20 minutes to make two three pounds. It's size makes it possible to sit at the corner and the wire can nicely be wrung around. The packaging was good and it's really worth the price.

This is a noisier and expensive version of the Indian Preethi mixer grinder. The steel casing and the led knob lights looks fancy and is easy to clean. The grinder is heavy and sits well. Part of the reason for noise is probably its blunt blades which also requires higher cycle time. The jar quality is good but larger jars do not have lid-locks, which essentially means you have to keep the lid closed with your hand all the time. The grinder vibrates a lot so if you take your hands off, the lid will fly away. Its an irony, that the company advertises a safety lock for the jar to operate the grinder. Essentially there is push button which needs to press for the grinder to activate but there is no lock for the jars. Probably users are not at risk from things flying from within the jar :) Lets see if this one last long, as with the amount of noise and vibration, I doubt the plastic housing will hold the motor for long.

Compared to other mixi, this is way easier to clean.. looks very pretty on kitchen counter.. highly recommend this item, wont be disappointed if you are using it for preparing Indian cuisine.. Update after a year: I use this mixer grinder at least 3 to 4 times a day to prepare food for my toddler. Once I had left a steel spoon inside the jar and turned it on. To my surprise, just the Coupler was broken. Replaced the Coupler for 7 bucks. Other than that it all works just fantastic. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with this mixer. The lid does not seal properly like a normal blender should. When my wife tried to blend hot vegetables, the lid did not close securely and the contents splashed out, causing hot liquid to hit her face. It also splattered all over the kitchen. The mixture had turmeric and spices, which made the mess extremely difficult to clean and caused additional irritation. This was not just messy — it was unsafe. I personally tested it again by pressing the lid down firmly with significant pressure while running the blender, and it still leaked and spit contents out from the top. The lid simply does not seal properly, even when held down forcefully. In addition to the safety issue, the machine is extremely loud compared to other blenders we have used. Because of the poor lid design and safety concerns, I cannot recommend this product. A blender should securely contain hot liquids — this one does not.

Mixer is good but we encountered a problem which warranted replacement of the motor and Preeti did it free
