Would give this a big fat zero if I could! Two of the reel and all four stand pieces were bent on arrival, we managed to put the other reel together despite the poor instructions but the whole thing was rickety to say the least as the reel just rests on the stand without any fastening. I ended up holding the reel without the stand and just wrapping the lights round and round (the reel didn't reel!). At any other time this would have been sent back but i needed to get the tree down and lights stowed away

Parts of the reels(spindle) were not sent so unable to assemble the item. Totally useless. Also cardboard base in the base of the bag was bent not ware it was intended and had a hole in the centre of it. However there was no hole in the bag itself or in the cardboard box it came in. Whilst I still would have used it if all the parts had been included it was impossible to assemble it and as stated previously totally useless.

Terrible quality and there is no way to make it work - the key/handle goes right through the reel with no way to turn it. Instructions are terrible as well. I would rather have spent the same money on a single reel that actually worked.

Hmmmm, well the instructions are terrible and I cannot see how to anchor the plug. It has this sort of key thingy that I assume you turn but the plug just flops around and the centre is so small it is taking ages to wind. I am puzzled by the brilliant reviews? Am I doing something wrong?

This is a must have, so easy to wind the Christmas lights on to, & room for two sets of lights, very strong and well made, was delivered within two days of ordering, would thoroughly recommend

I think this product would be vastly improved by fixing side plates on to the reels

Really happy with this. Managed to store two sets of outside lights and plugs and timer and extension all fit in the bag too. Could be more robust but for the price I am happy and would recommend this product.
