This is high-quality. No issues. Consistent heat that feels deep. My only knock is the graphic they use makes the heating pad look a little bigger than it is. (Either that or the guy using the heating pad is smaller than I envision.)

I like the amount of heat that it produces. But I wish it had the option to stay on. Has 4 heat settings and the 3rd one is enough for me so nice to know it could get hotter if I needed it. Happy with my purchase. This is the 2nd on by Pure that I have. The other one has the option to stay on. I highly recommend their products.

This heating pad surprised me in the best way. It feels premium right out of the box, and unlike others I’ve owned, it stays completely flat even after cooling down. No weird curling, no stiff edges—just a solid, well‑made pad that’s easy to position exactly where you need it. The infrared heat is fantastic. It’s deeper and more soothing than regular electric pads, and it stays consistent across the whole surface. My only frustration is the auto‑off feature. It shuts off pretty quickly, and there’s no option to extend the time. I understand the safety angle, but it would be great to have at least a couple of timer settings. If you can live with restarting it during longer sessions, the quality and heat performance make this a strong choice.

$50+ might be more than you'd expect to pay for a heating pad--it was more than I expected!--but it's worth every penny. Great size, and covered ON BOTH SIDES with lovely, soft, dark-blue fabric. Four heat settings, of which I haven't even tried "High" yet because "Medium" is so nice and warm. 5 stars!

This got the best rating of all on an important site, maybe wire cutter. Mine came, and was much hotter than all the others, which I needed for physical therapy. Unfortunately, after about two or three weeks, the great heat only lasted five minutes. I needed it to last 10 minutes, but without fail, after five minutes, the heat faded away to very low. I called the company and they said it's defective. So I called Amazon and they took it back. But instead of ordering a new one just the same, I'm going to look for a different brand. It's important that I get a heating pad very soon for my physical therapy, and I don't Believe that a new one will perform better. Perhaps it will, but I can't take that chance.

You can tell this is a well-made heating pad. I bought two cheap-o ones off Amazon in the past year. One burned a hole in my mattress and almost me (thought it was a fluke) and the other one broke after a month. Invest in a well-made heating pad like the pure enrichment one! It also has a safety feature that turns it off after two hours. The heat distributes evenly. It is well worth the price. Highly recommend! I want to buy more from this brand!

Just recently the heating pad was not turning on. I called the Pure Enrichment company for troubleshooting advice. After the company determined it was something not fixable they arranged for me to get a new heating pad. The heating pad came the next day. I also have several air purifiers from this company that I have had for quite a few years that run constantly that are of the highest quality. I really mean it when I say that their products and polite helpful customer service is impressive. I would just like to add that the Far Infrared heating pad has the most deep penetrating soothing warmth. A regular heating pad cannot compare with this type of technology. A regular heating pad just feels like surface heating and inferior compared to Far Infrared. Whatever pain or soreness you have, in my opinion this is a truly a therapeutic device. I urge you to read about the benefits of Far Infrared and you will find this type of heating pad is a great investment for your health.

This heating pad is very soft and I like how it’s not gigantic like some I’ve had in the past. It fits well on the back or stomach - can wrap around arms or legs if you need it to. It is a bit large for neck pain but you can lay back on it and it’s ok. The problem and why it’s only 3 stars is that - for me - it does not get hot enough. I have insane chronic pain a lot of the time all month long. My previous heating pad died after 2 years and that one got to be very hot because it had weighted beads in it that helped make it feel warmer I guess. I asked AI for a recommendation for a very hot heating pad and this one was recommended but I would not get this one again in the future. It is easy to use - soft - and comfortable but no where near hot enough for me. I have not washed it yet so I don’t know how that affects it over time. I’ve washed heating pads in the past and while they came out clean - they seemed to not last very long after so I am weary to continue to do that in the future. Heating pads already don’t last very long for people with chronic pain who use them every day. So maybe limit washing it if you can ~. I don’t think the value for the money is there - it is quite expensive and like I said - not hot enough to help me all that much. So in the future I will not purchase this again, personally.
