Absolute family favourite – hilarious, fast-paced, and addictive!
If you’re looking for a game that actually gets the whole family involved, this is it! We played The Chameleon during our last game night, and it was a massive hit with everyone from the teenagers to the grandparents. The premise is so simple: everyone knows the secret word except for one person—the Chameleon. You all have to say one related word to prove you’re 'in the know' without giving it away to the imposter. The best part is the 'witch hunt' at the end where everyone starts pointing fingers and accusing each other. It’s laugh-out-loud funny, especially when the Chameleon manages to blend in with a total guess! It literally takes 2 minutes to learn and the rounds are super quick (about 15 minutes), so it’s perfect for a few rounds after dinner. The quality of the cards and the giant dice is also great. Highly recommend for any family that loves a bit of lighthearted deception and banter!"

Great game
Great game to play with friends, it’s literally some of my friends’ favourite. Easy to understand and you can pick your topics so you van vary the difficulty yourselves. Ideal size for me is 6 players, but honestly works for 3-8 people. Definitely money well spent, as I’ve used it in almost every game bight over the past few year or so. Definitely more suitable for like 12+ based on the game play, but I haven’t played it with any kids so maybe I’m wrong.

Bluffing, arguing, and accusing your friends... what's not to like?
Brilliant party game. Simple to learn, quick to play, and delightfully chaotic. Each round, a card with a grid of related words is put in the centre. A pair of dice is rolled to pick one word on that grid as the secret word. Everyone gets a card showing the same grid of codes so they know which word the dice is pointing to… except the Chameleon, whose card simply says 'You are the Chameleon'.Players then take turns giving one-word clues related to the secret word, trying to sound convincing without being too obvious. For example, if the secret word is 'Spider', you could say 'Legs', the next person could say 'Hairy' (etc). The Chameleon, completely in the dark, has to bluff their way through and hope their clue fits in... hoping someone in the group say's something specific like 'web' to allow them to narrow it down. After all the clues are out, the group argues over who they think is bluffing, so it's about finding the right balance of not being too obvious, but not being too generic either with your answers. If they catch the Chameleon, they win. But if the Chameleon manages to stay hidden, or even guesses the secret word at the end, they snatch victory instead.Ideal for groups that enjoy social deduction, dramatic accusations, and vague clues like “round” or “crispy.” Rounds are short, the rules are light, and it works just as well with families as it does with overly competitive friend groups. Excellent for holidays, game nights, or passive-aggressive bonding sessions.Just be warned — after a few rounds, no one will trust anyone ever again.

Fun For Groups
Overall 8/10Gameplay 4/5 - Fun 4/5 - Value 5/5Chameleon is a good warm up game to set the mood for a game group, its pretty quick to learn and the couple times we have played it it has been fun and is yet to feel repetitive which was a worry we had. We play roughly 3/4 rounds with each round taking around 5/10 minutes and then move on to a more core game for my group but I can see this easily fitting as a light hearted family game if that is what your looking for.Do bare in mind some of the catergories are somewhat niche such as tv shows, movies or bands, which when the aim of the game is to give loose clues to the answer, it can be difficult when half your group has no idea what they are looking at, this being said when we ran into this problem there were plenty of cards available that we just skipped that catergory.

Lots of fun
We play a lot of board games in our house and this is one of our favourites. It's hard if you need to go first and are the Chameleon but that's part of the fun.

I love this game
This game is so fun to play!! Just spent hours playing it with my family. It’s super easy to pick up. I will say that I thought I brought the big one and this travel sized one is hard to play in a big group because you can’t see the category cards as well due to the small size. Other than that I absolutely love this game and would recommend it to anyone. Easy to play with kids too.
