What’s the difference between the round cushion and the square mat?

The round cushion (zafu) lifts the hips to support upright posture, while the square mat (zabuton) cushions the knees and ankles. They work best as a set for full-body comfort.

How big is the cushion? Will it be large enough for taller or larger individuals?

The large size is designed to accommodate a wide range of body types comfortably. Many customers mention that it’s "actually big enough" and "perfect in size" for comfortable meditation or sitting.

Is the cushion firm enough for long meditation sessions? Will it flatten over time?

Yes, the cushion is filled with natural buckwheat hulls that provide firm and stable support while remaining comfortable. It holds its shape well even with regular use and promotes proper posture during long sessions.

Can the set be used for yoga or just meditation?

Both! The cushion and mat are great for meditation, gentle yoga, breathwork, or even as stylish floor seating for reading or relaxing.

Is this a good gift for someone new to meditation?

Absolutely. With its elegant look and practical support, it’s a thoughtful gift for beginners and experienced meditators alike—especially for holidays or wellness-themed occasions.
