Tartan Guppy 5 Ramshorn Snails

Product description Ramshorn Snails will help keep a tank clean by eating uneaten food, dead or decaying plant matter, detritus, and soft algae buildup. As long as tank conditions are right, they should all thrive in established tanks without much effort. Do not use these as an excuse not to maintain your tank or overfeed your fish. They are additional bio-load so your tank still requires regular maintenance and water changes. They are approximately 0.5-1.0cm in diameter, but may vary slightly. - FREE UK P&P Posted Monday to Thursday in a protective cardboard box that fits through a standard Letterbox. (P&P included in price) - ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE If any creature has not survived the journey, a photo in it's original sealed bag will be required before any replacement or refund can be offered. DOA requests will not be accepted without this photo If you are in any doubt when they arrive, take a photo and get in touch in case there is anything I can suggest. I do my best to ensure they arrive alive, but there are circumstances beyond my control when posting living creatures. Shocking
So i feel like a fool for buying these...u look at the picture and your expectations are"oh medium to large RED Ramshorns snails with healthy shells"What i got was five pea sized black pound snails with calcium deficient shells !I have been fish keeping for seven years.... this is one of the worst purchases i have ever made in the hobby.it sucks.

Live snails.
The first order of snails were tiny, but on contacting Halls these were promptly replaced by larger ones that have settled into my aquarium quite happy.
