It's been about three months since I received my kefir grains, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The seller provided prompt support and excellent guidance on caring for the grains. I especially appreciated their promise to replace the kefir grains if they weren't active. I never had to use that guarantee, but based on their responsiveness, I'm confident they would honour it. Over the past three months, the grains have multiplied so much that I recently reached out for advice on freezing and storing the excess. These kefir grains are now giving me the most creamy, smooth, and mildly tangy kefir every single time! The texture is perfect, and the taste is balanced—neither too sour nor bland. It has become a daily part of my routine, and I genuinely look forward to it. The grains are clearly very healthy and active. I use boiled and cooled full-fat milk, and within 24 hours at room temperature, I get a thick, probiotic-rich kefir that feels amazing on the stomach. Even after refrigeration during travel, the grains bounced back quickly and resumed fermenting beautifully. Just a note—my very first impression of the grains wasn’t perfect (they had a strong sour smell in the beginning), but with the help of the customer care I was able to resolve it. Also since i was used to the culture kefir which mostly tastes like yogurt, this seemed different. But now I'm loving the tangy taste of the kefir. Totally worth it! The brand has excellent customer service answering queries around the clock and to the point.

It’s all milk and one or two grain only, whereas on Amazon shows high grains. Seems you are cheated.

This was my first time trying kefir grains. It was extremely easy to activate these grains. Just make sure that you don't delay opening sealed pack once you receive the package by more than 1 day. For me (in Kolkata, West Bengal), it took hardly 3 pours of 100ml milk (Amul Gold) on the grains to activate them (the first image with less quantity shows this: it got slightly overfermented). After that, the first 2 batches (of around 500ml of milk) were not super potent (I went by the sourness to judge the "potency"), after that, it was absolutely to my liking. The extreme heat wave probably accelerated the process. Each batch is extremely creamy (with Amul Shakti) and tasty (2nd image with larger quantity of kefir). Also, the customer support provided by "Feelgood Kefir" is absolutely top notch. I had numerous questions, they clarified everything very promptly!

The grains came well packed and healthy, along with a helpful guide on how to care for them. They also sent a strainer and spoon as mentioned in the description. The grains are growing well and producing delicious kefir. If you're serious about kefir making as a hobby, Id recommend purchasing grains from these guys. Though be aware that you will need to take care of them appropriately to see the best results.
