Works well at balancing out my system but everyone's is different. Don't go off the stated dosage ease yourself into it and let your body adjust you'll find one that suits. I'm on one every other day and keeps me tip top.

I would like to mention that these pills gives you headache for the first week. I reduced the amount from 3 to 2 just to see if there is any difference. I can say that the headache is gone and they give you a good performance. Thanks

The product is not suitable for me, after taking for a few day I suffer headaches. When I stop taking them the headaches disappear.

As men age, their testosterone levels drop which can lead to a variety of problems. Keeping the T levels at optimal levels should be encouraged as it can stop some major issues associated with ageing and lower testosterone, from cropping up. As someone who has been involved in the supplement business for many years, I usually suggest a dose of Tribulus. The problem with Tribulus in the UK is finding a potent and standardised product with a good quality active ingredient. The only one I trust is one made by Sophapharma and is made in Bulgaria to a pharmaceutical standard. Sadly this is no longer available in the UK (thank you Brexit). D Aspartic Acid is also very good at stimulating T, but it can lead to stomach cramping in those with IBS-type problems. This product has some added ingredients that will help with circulation, blood flow and ED. Fenugreek is excellent and it has a great dual effect on keeping Blood Sugars regulated, so for anyone with T2 Diabetes, fenugreek is a great addition. Ginseng is also a good product to stimulate T. L Arginine helps blood flow and so aids ED. Zinc is essential to help T, but it must be balanced with copper if you take too much. This product also contains a Macca extract that is strong. It helps energy, and libido and can have an effect on Blood Sugar if you have T2 Diabetes. So does it work? If you take this on a daily basis you do feel some changes. It took about 3 days for me to feel the full effect. When it does kick in, it has a great effect and you will feel much more enlivened. Whilst it's not going to be life-changing, it will help boost your libido and help you get the urge a bit more. I am therefore happy to recommend this product.

When I first see these black strong maca root capsules listed, they really stood out to me and I wanted to try them. These capsules have a lot of good quality ingredients in them, and they look to have specifically designed & blended for a good purpose that I could certainly benefit from. They are free from GMO and undesirable additives, along with being 100% vegan friendly, which gets massive ticks in my book. Unfortunately, I'm unable to fully test this product myself because I got the product sent to a different address by mistake, and royal mail refuse to send me the item. But I still have to leave this review but I plan on purchasing more of these capsules & putting them to the test because they really do look like a 5* product. Complément alimentaire avec une alimentation normale. Cela fait maintenant 17 mois que je prend ce traitement testostérone a base de plantes qui fonctionne très bien chez moi, je l'ai lu commencé fin mars 2023. Au début, il ne se passait rien et je doutais du produit, j'ai même failli l'arrêter mais il a fallu plusieurs mois avant que je ressente les effets notoires d'endurance générales. Ce que je ressens actuellement et positivement : - Pour la peau, les rides se sont freinées et moins de problèmes de peau sèche. - la chute des cheveux moins conséquente. - Moins mal aux articulations (Je peux de nouveau monter les marches d'escalier deux par deux !) - Moins de fatigue et moins de stress. - Presque plus de tachycardie (Chose importante : Je prenais un cachet de Propranolol par jour depuis des années pour les battements de cœur et que j'ai arrêté grâce a ce produit !!) - Battements de cœur plus réguliers - J'ai toujours eu une libido débordante, et seulement lorsque je me sens bien car n'oublions pas que je suis né en 1960, je suis presque comme un jeune de 20 ans et je ne m'arrête plus, cela est plus éphémère mais le résultat est vraiment là ! Le contre : - Aurait tendance a resserrer un peu au niveau du transite intestinal. - Rend la peau plus grasse. - En fin de journée et avec 3 gélules par jour, une odeur du produit émane légèrement. Croyez-moi, si vous avez le budget et la patience, ce produit peut faire vraiment des prouesses. La boite contient 90 gélules faciles à absorber. à raison de trois par jours cela suffit pour un mois. La maca est bien connue pour ses nombreux bienfaits pour la santé. Souvent appelé le ginseng du Pérou, ça pousse dans les Andes. Connue pour son rôle dans les troubles de la sexualité, l’anémie, les douleurs articulaires ou la dépression. Je ne souffre de rien de tout cela (l'efficacité n'en est d'ailleurs pas prouvée scientifiquement) et j'utilise ces gélules (une par repas) pour prendre un coup de boost quand je me sens fatigué.
