I picked up this Vitamin B12 1000mcg because I wanted a simple, good‑value, vegan/vegetarian supplement that would last a long time, and this one provides a full 1‑year supply. They come in a lockable packet, and the tablets themselves are small, have a slight pinkish hue, and are very easy to swallow with no noticeable taste or aftertaste. The form of B12 used is methylcobalamin, which I prefer. I’ve been taking them for about two weeks as my B12 levels were low. No stomach upset so far.So far, I haven’t noticed any dramatic improvement, but that’s normal, it usually takes time for levels to build back up. I’m hoping that with continued use, my B12 will correct itself, but for now it’s too early to say.
