I love coffee! I love fresh and grind as you go coffee! Therefore, I hadn't owned any decaf, which was really sad when I was craving a cup of decaf at night. Turns out I was given an Airspace Container that my grandpa wasn't using anymore, at first I was skeptical and didn't think it wouldn't work. Wow! I was surprised the flavor of the coffee was just a clean, sweet and crisp as when I bought the coffee a little less than a month ago. I was sold!!! I bought another one just to hold my decaf beans so that I can enjoy an evening cup of coffee!

Read all the reviews and am somewhat happy with it, but after a week of opening and closing (to grind my coffee) the freshness is definitely not like it originally was. Better than keeping it in a bag, but I was hoping for more. Perhaps I was unrealistic or perhaps I need to find one that truly sucks all the air out of the canister each time.

A friend gave us one of these to keep coffee in and we immediately purchased several more so we'd have one for regular beans, one for decaf beans, and two for ground coffee.

I love this storage container - I have one for fresh tea leaves and another for coffee. The design is very clever, by forcing the air to escape the container my stored products stay fresh. I have been using for 5+ years and the have held up very well. Definitely recommend.

Now I own two of these, one for beans and one for grinds. They must be working as I hear the air hissing out.

The product itself looks beautiful. The problem I have is that there were a few defects with the item when I received it. The rubber seal arrived with a small cut in it, making the the airtight portion of the system unusable. In addition, the outside of the canister has some scratches and does not appear new.I emailed Planetary Design 3 days ago on the day I received the item -- and no response. I simply wanted to know from them what I should do and I was willing to do it -- whether it was to send the item back to them or Amazon for a replacement. But alas -- no response at all.Hopefully they step up to the plate here. I just can't endorse a product when customer support doesn't seem to exist.

First off it was not the color as mentioned or shown. It is white and not like a vanilla color. I wanted a almond type color and not white. Plus it is much smaller than I was led to believe and you would think for the price they would add a knob on top to easily lift the outer clear top off. Just junk IMO

Canister appears to be seamless, no wield. I like the concept of a vacuum internal lid as well as the external lid for the top. As you remove food/coffee the internal lid goes down too.

At this point, with the number of reviews here I feel like I am just adding background noise. But these are great containers, sturdy, well built and everyone I gave a couple to for Christmas loved them. Then they found out they were filled with just roasted coffee beans and they loved them even more. These are wonderful containers that keep coffee beans, tea leaves and cacao nibs fresh for months.

One of my favorite Amazon purchases ever! I would order 5 more if I could afford. These containers are perfect and keep anything fresh. Love it!! Other reviews mentioned difficulty in removing label.... I had absolutely no trouble peeling label right off with ease and no residue. Manufacturer must have corrected this issue.

Outstanding Product!!! Keeps coffee grounds fresher longer. Thought it would be bigger, I mean for the price and all. But I really like it, great for camping.

it's a good product that does the job. Big complaint/annoyance is it came with some sticker attached and months later the adhesive still does not come off. The result is when you hold this item your hand sticks to the surface. We've tried all sorts of soaps and solvents to get this surface clean but nothing seems to work.
