Supportive & Comfortable - Great for Petite Women
I have mild tricompartmental osteoarthritis on my left knee and a miniscus tear + quadriceps tendonitis + joint effusion in my right knee (I know—yikes!). At just 98 lbs, it’s so hard to find knee braces that fit properly without sliding down. Thankfully, the small size in this brace fits really well. It’s snug just above and below my knees, helping keep my kneecaps stable. Although, the second set I ordered felt like it had been used, which I returned, I received a new replacement within days. For the cost, worth the money. It’s not a magic fix, but it does help, especially when I’m on my feet more or trying to stay active while avoiding further strain. I usually limit wear to 8 hours a day, but it’s so comfortable that I sometimes forget I’m even wearing it.If you have knee issues and a smaller build, this is a solid option worth trying. It offers reliable compression without being stiff or restrictive.lbs and the small fits well, it’s snug above my knees and right below it keeping the caps stable. Although not perfect, but it helps i try to keep it on for no more than 8 hours a day, but they’re so comfortable it’s easy to forget

Just ordered a 2nd one!
Purchased because I do need a total knee replacement, but cannot have it done at this time due to time off work.I have weakness, inconsistency in my step and pain along the lateral aspect of my knee as I struggle with all of these simultaneously, and daily.Pros:1. MUCH support! I wear this even at home because I never know when my next step will make my knee want to give way, and while it isn't a replacement for a new knee, where the support is above and below the knee cap, makes a HUGE amt of difference!2. Above and below the kneecap, there is extra suport as noted in the slight variation in the fabric and also construction from the inside.3. Slides on easily.4. Washes well, I do it on gentle, cold, and hang to dry.Cons:1. I was worried as it seems flimsy and a bit tight to put on first time. Once I stood up though? WOW! I just ordered a 2nd one!2. I balked at the price at 1st, but now, for me, totally worth it.*I was wrapoing my knee with an Ace wrap and then putting a Velcro splint over it, but have switched to this.NOTE: this does not take away all thr pain or instability, but makes it managable.

Miraculous pain relief but top band causes itching
Dramatically relieved pain in knee--almost miraculous. But the inner top band gave me a horribly itchy rash. It appears to be coated with something non-slip. Whatever it is causes severe itching.

Very pricy plastic sleeve!!
Do not buy this sleeve unless you LOVE having plastic suck around your laps and kneecaps. The wrap around the laps felt like a robber band. The On the reverse side of the kneecap area were numerous plastic dots, potentially to grab onto your kneecap. Not thick enough for protection for sure. I know how good sleeves should feel like. Thus product is a joke compared to the doctor prescribed ones I have. I just wanted to have nude color sleeves. That's why I gave this sleeve a try, but the actual color is way darker, dark brown. The price is for ONLY ONE sleeve! That's very pricy for a nearly plastic sleeve. It smells plastic too!!

Best Knee Compression Sleeve Ever!
I don't usually write reviews but this is a frequently returned item. I want to say that if you return this knee compression sleeve without first trying it you could be making a big mistake.I'm 60 and have had knee pain my entire life. My knee caps didn't form correctly. Each has two pieces. That in itself causes pain. About 10 years ago I began experiencing tendon pain behind my knees. If I move the wrong way I experience tremendous pain. Physical therapy didn't help. Now I have osteoarthritis in both knees, so I've got some serious knee pain going on.Because of the birth defect, I have been wearing compression sleeves for athletics and ballet my entire life. I'm hard to fit because I'm very small and most knee braces are too big. I've tried them all - Curad, Copperfit, Copper Joint, Crucial Compression, JUDIQUIR (brand on Amazon), Ace and Futuro. They were either too large or having the same amount of compression over my entire knee area caused tendon pain. These are by far the best knee compression sleeves I've ever worn. They don't look what you might expect, but please give them a try. According to the package, these braces have 7 different zones of compression. The compression is light at both ends. That's good because you don't want them cutting off your circulation and you don't need compression in those areas. They have silicone dots at the top so they don't fall down. They are also very thin and lightweight. I can wear then under my yoga pants/leggings and you can barely see them! That's fantastic for me because that's the only kind of pants I wear.I tried them out for a couple weeks before writing this review. I try to stay active in spite of the arthritis and other problems and these are a big help. Activities that are painful for me include walking, going up and down stairs and using the leg weight machines at the gym. I've worn them for all these activities and I'm able to do them relatively pain free. I used to be a ballerina and once held a brown belt in karate, so I guess you could consider me an athlete. I intend to stay active for as long as I can and these compression sleeves are making it possible. So please don't be put off by the appearance of the knee sleeve. It looks different because it IS different, and all those differences make it the best knee compression sleeve I've ever worn. I ordered one pair to start with, and I've just ordered 2 more pairs so I can rotate them and have something to wear when the others are in the wash. I hope this company continues to make these compression sleeves for as long as I'm alive!I included photos of both the tan and black sleeves. It's easier to see the detail on the black sleeve. Please do yourself a favor and give these a try!

Is good for the money
It fits very well, is true to size, but the little grippers, after only wearing 2 times, have left red spots, not bumps, on my lower thigh, no itching or anything, but, oddly, it has left red spots. It does support my knee well. The fabric does let my knee breathe. It would have been 5 stars if it didnt leave the red spots.

Good support for long work days on your feet
After several weeks using the OrthoSleeve, I've found new life for my knee! This sleeve has performed very well through long days (typically 10hrs) working at a national home improvement store where I am constantly on my feet walking on concrete floors, loading heavy materials and driving powered equipment. I have always tried to take care of my knees since experiencing Osgood Schlatters in my youth. It's now several years of working on my feet since retiring from my desk job. Some knee aches after a long day, particularly my right knee, caused me to start using an old ACE knee brace I had from playing sports. I decided it was time to upgrade to a better support for daily wear. Even as an older man, I'm in decent shape (185lbs, 5'11") and good health, so I don't need a knee support due to weight or any medical condition. The OrthoSleeve has worked well now for over a month supporting my right knee; giving me more confidence in movement. My knee feels fine after work. I take the sleeve off when I get home after work and don't wear it on off days. I am using size XL based on the sizing measurement of my right knee (which is on the low end of range for XL). It is definitely very snug as it stretches up over the knee, but it is NOT "too tight" as some other reviewers report. It is indeed thin enough to wear comfortably and NOT noticeably under any long-legged pants. It stays up fine all day through both bending and walking activity. I first ordered the natural color to perhaps be less noticeable than my old white ACE sleeve, but decided to order another XL in black for when I go to shorts in warmer weather. I'm not concerned about folks seeing the knee support and figure black will appear more like an exercise support sleeve. To me the thin, stretched, natural sleeve looks a little too much like a nude color stocking. Very satisfied to date and hope the sleeves continue to work well during hot summer days.

Uncomfortable fabric and extremely tight
I measured per the site instructions and ordered up due to the many reviews saying this sleeve was tight. That’s an understatement. I’m a petite 130 lb female. An XL was excruciatingly tight. The material is rough and not comfortable to the touch, much less to wear. Don’t buy this junk.

Good support
This is the best knee support I've tried.Due to scarring I can't use ones that have the hole around the kneecap and this is the only one that almost completely removes the pain. Having the silicone grip at the top stops it from moving at all. It's comfortable for all day and night use, although wearing it for more than a few days can cause your ankle to swell.

Le produit est bien expliqué dans la description, je suis très satisfaite.
Blessure au genou, je suis très satisfaite . Pour la taille, j’ai pris la mesure et j’ai pris XL au lieu L, je le trouvais un peu serré.

Good but not Outstanding
The knee sleeve is good. Its lightweight and the silicon section at the top to an extent delays but does not totally stop the sleeve from moving down you thigh and knee.Is it superior to other knee sleeves I have used before, maybe a slight improvement. Was it worth the extra I paid compared to other knee supports, the jury is still out. Will have to see how it performs a bit longer.

Sport senza dolori!
