Bach Remedies Do Work - It's A Case Of Finding The Right One
I have been using the White Chestnut Bach Remedy for years with great results. I came on here recently to order some more and somehow this Elm Flower Remedy came up. I had never even heard of it, let alone used it before. But it felt very apt.My husband was in hospital. My car had broken down. My fridge had broken down. My son had just moved away from the area. And so many other little things were going on in the background. None of them life threatening but with it all going on at once I felt totally overwhelmed.So I spotted these and thought what the heck? So far I have been pleasantly surprised. I am taking them regularly during the day and am already noticing a difference. Instead of freaking out and asking what next if anything else goes wrong, I am now able to be calm and ask myself ok what is the best way to deal with this? Or even completely walk away from the situation for a while to give myself time to think.That doesn't happen every time but even so there is a definite improvement. So I will definitely be carrying on with these drops.

I like Bach, but wonder about the labeling change
I trust in the Bach Remedies and have found these fine, but the labeling is very different from vials I used to buy from Whole Foods. The bottles no longer outline what particular symptom they are supposed to treat - they now just name the flower essence. I had to go online to make sure I really was getting what I thought, and then I wrote that out onto the label so I knew what it was about. I wonder if they got in trouble for labels that were not medically proven to address particular ailments so they had to remove them? I also wondered if this was the reason that Whole Foods is really no longer stocking them?
