Why is this product only 1 box of 12, when it used to be 4 boxes of 12?

It should be 4 boxes. I also received just one and spoke to customer services who confirmed it should be 4 boxes. They reissued the order and have flagged the issue for investigation as this has happened to me twice. If you only get 1 box, click on the Customer Services section!

When will I receive my refund?

Hello there . If i get a refund for whatever reason i normally get an email from amazon stating 5 to 7 working days and quite often find refunded in 3 days .. i hope you got your refund.

This meat in your cat food is like scaping of sinue off bones why is thismeat like a slither of leather my cats will not eat it ???? By

You have to mash it up with a fork, not just empty the sachet. Break it up and mix together with fork so the meat pieces are spread amongst the jelly evenly. I do this with all food brands 😸

Can we buy a poultry and fish selection together as you now have a minimum buy of two is this a option?

I don't think they do mixed packs in Sheba, you might have to buy a pack of each

Esta marca me encanta. Compraba latitas en las tiendas y son las que más les gusta. Además, es una de las pocas marcas que uno de mis gatos no vomita después de comer el producto. Huelen estupendamente. Viene 4 tipos de bolsitas, todas de aves. El precio está genial por la cantidad de bolsitas que vienen. Estoy encantada! El próximo pedido será las de sabor a pescado.
