Absolutely brilliant little gadget
Absolutely brilliant little gadget, that is far better than more expensive models! I originally ordered one that was ยฃ38, thinking that the more expensive it was, the better it was, but it was junk. I got this one instead which was ยฃ13 cheaper, it does everything I need it to (plus some things I don't). The outdoor sensor works well (distance 30M), it states it can work up to max of 100M but I can't comment on that particularly as I haven't tried. I needed to re-insert both sets of batteries (unit & sensor) a couple of times before they "woke up" to one another, and I would also recommend that you stand the sensor up (would be easier if the sensor had a stand too, like the main unit), but it does fine on a flat stable surface like shelving in the greenhouse, etc. Setting up is a piece of cake (not sure why so many complained it was hard?), plus you get a radio transmitted atomic clock signal, so don't have to worry if you set the time wrong either. A very useful and accurate little piece of kit.

A little gem
This is a brilliant little machine which was far easier to set up than anticipated when reading the instructions. The displays are easy to understand and I just love the fact that the time is connected to the Atomic Clock so that I know exactly what time it is. Both temperatures seem to be accurate and the air pressure indicators at the bottom do help to anticipate the forthcoming weather. I have only had it for a couple of weeks but find I rely on it more and more. I haven't explored its full range of capabilities yet but feel sure they will be equally as efficient. Its a much better instrument than my previous 2 weather stations and cheap considering its sophistication.

Very clear display, but takes a little bit of juggling to get is set up accurately.
Purchase for use on a sailing yacht. The remote sensor is more sensitive than the display, if you place them side by side the give different values. Having set them to the same values you then need to leave them for some time before adjusting them again to get an accurate reading, this took me several days. Once set up it works very well with a very clear and easy to read display. The remote sensor can be used as an outside sensor or used inside in another area of the boat.

Whatever the weather, a great weather station.
Neat piece of kit. It was already set to British time rather than to German time, where the transmitter is located. To avoid rain damage to the outdoor sensor, I wrapped it in bubble wrap and put it on the kitchen window sill with a plastic box base inverted over it. Any condensation could drain away. Then it was covered with aluminium foil and stuck to the sill with some silver gaffer tape. It still gets somewhat overheated in bright sun, but that does not happen too often! Otherwise it should be in a ventilated enclosure in permanent shade. Easy to set up and the pressure bar chart is helpful, and a bit more reliable than the weather graphics, but they are correct most of the time. Well made and a solid feel to it. Recommended.

Great little weather station
This is a handy device for those who like to monitor the weather and with its remote sensor tells you what the temperature is outside before you venture out. The instructions are clear enough but even so it's a little fiddly to set up as you have to enter your geo-coordinates so it can accurately display sunrise and sunset times. You also have to be patient waiting for it to synchronise the radio clock, which it warns you might take 48 hours (although ours managed it overnight). Extras like the max/min displays are likewise good but also just a bit fiddly to reset.

What is it like?
I am very satisfied with this product. I love all the settings and the fact that you can calibrate everything on the device - including indoor & outdoor temperature and humidity , latitude, longitude, altitude and threshold settings. It is relatively accurate, give or take. If you want something super accurate, you want to look at different price point device. The outdoor sensor is showing different temperature compared to local news weather station, but when I move my car close to area where the outdoor sensor is installed, both sensors show exactly the same temperature. I live 10 km out of town and always felt the temperature given by the local news was off...even on the old device(Oregon). The weather prediction based on air pressure is accurate, predicted rain and was raining, predicted sunny and was sunny. It needs to settle for couple of days and then should show accurate results. Here many people living in UK and Ireland have problem to understand - the time zone has to be set to 0 (initially there is only time zone to be set even though the manual shows different), the time will then sync with the atomic clock based in Germany, but the sunset and sunrise will be out by 1 hour. You have to wait couple of days and the sunset and sunrise will be corrected automatically, you can see it by 2 extra icons showing in the time area. If you have problem to set correct latitude and longitude, search online for ClimeMET CM9088 manual, it is similar if not the same device. The display is not as good as on Oregon, it is harder to read if the device is higher than you eye level. If you want just to pop in the batteries and be done with it, this is not device for you!

There are good points: it's possible to set the pressure reading ...
Well the radio-controlled clock doesn't work, but then I wouldn't expect it to; I've never found one that does! The unit is VERY complicated to set up, not helped by certain instructions in the manual which are just plain wrong. It's a case of trial and error I'm afraid. There are good points: it's possible to set the pressure reading to your locality, and the temperature reading is fairly accurate, although it takes a long time for the reading to change. I'm just waiting to see if the outdoor sensor is actually waterproof; others in the past, amazingly, have not been! Only time will tell. Overall: it's cheap, and you get what you pay for!

Fiddly to set up but works fine
This replaced a failing weather station we've had that worked fine for several years. We chose this as the alternative based on value for money and information displayed. We wanted link to radio clock - this has this but took a long time to pick up the signal - much longer than two previous weather stations we've had. It was easy enough to adjust the time to UK from the European time the radio clock broadcasts. The other feature we liked was the sunrise and sunset times this weather station has (our last didn't have this). Out of the box it was showing back to front sunrise and sunset times even though software set to northern hemisphere. I thought changing it to southern hemisphere might fix it, it didn't but changing back to northern hemisphere had everything come right. Found our latitude and longitude readings from Google Maps, and we now have sunrise-sunset times that correlate reasonably with BBC weather app readings. The inside-outside temperatures read fine and it shows some weather prediction that we don't pay too much attention to. The instruction manual was clear enough though I think it helped that I had set up previous similar weather stations. So far, so good. How well batteries last, and longevity of item remains to be seen. So far loses a star because was fiddly to set up and took much longer than other weather stations we've had.
