It can only suction water which is of no use. It doesn't clean phlegm in mouth. They are fooling people. Doesn't clean tongue.

Efficient for small clinics and home patient management.
Good sturdy quality. Not irritatingly loud, more quiet when kept on soft surface. Basically no noise issues. Suction power good and sufficient for minor surgical procedures, suction power more than sufficient for home patient management fir suctioning oral fluids or discharge. Machine and machine parts are of good quality. Hopefully Long term usage will be possible without any motor issues.

Works as it should
Suction machine works as it should. It is used for my elderly mother in law who aspirates quite frequently. Very helpful in keeping her out of the hospital
