Rate a 4.5 but I'm rounding up!
I wish I could give this 4.5 stars. The packaging and message are the perfect memorial gift (the hanging system feels like a fish hook - hence the 4.5) but I'm rounding up because everything else about it is wonderful. After losing my dad two years ago, I'm a lot more attuned to others who are grieving. People often gift wind chimes, flowers (that die), or live plants, but I think this is a super thoughtful item that can literally brighten their dark days. Ive bought three of these in the past few weeks for people who have lost an immediate family member and all three arrived within a day of ordering and in excellent shape. It's a super unique gift that didn't take up a lot of space but could still be a daily reminder of their loved one. I should probably mention that I did buy all these for different women. The packaging, font, and item itself seems more feminine. I don't think I would get this for a man who is grieving. With all that said, I plan on using this item as my go-to memorial gift from now on!

A unique gift for the loss of ones pet
The box the item came in was very tasteful and looked expensive. The gem inside appeared to be of quality. My niece cried when she opened it. It was a nice way to say how sorry I was she lost her dear pet.

Completely wrong item was received!
It’s very disappointing because I have ordered this memorial Crystal 2 other times and ordered it again because I thought it was beautiful. But this experience has been SO disappointing that I don’t think I will be ordering this again in the future.
