Can I shower with these on?

Yep! Earies are completely waterproof and washable.

Ive been wearing this for a day now, is it normal for the area to still fill up with fluid?

Depends—was the area drained before wearing Earies? If you have previous cauliflower ear damage in that area, the thicker tissue can reduce the magnets' effectiveness. Increased blood flow from strenuous exercise can also cause the area to refill with fluid—try to avoid that kind of activity for a few days.
