I'm not sure as I've used it all, but it is the best floss I've used.

Why does the product info say the floss is made from polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe) when the packaging says it is ptfe free?

I have no idea, that is a question for the manufacturer. As a customer l highly recommend this floss. Most other floss is too harsh on the gums. This is more like a cotton wool floss gentle and effective.

Does it contain Teflon?

No! That is the reason why I began buying this. I continue to buy Dr Tong’s for this reason and because it is a proper floss that is not too thin and is not a tape. Hygienist recently asked “do you floss?” I replied “yes, I do”. She responded “I can tell, there’s no blood”. This can be attributed to using this and a fluoride free toothpaste.
