I bought this conditioner based on the reviews. Huge mistake, it is dreadful. I comb through the conditioner before rinsing then the fun begins. Trying to get a wide toothed comb through my hair once the conditioner has been rinsed out is a nightmare, it is full of knots no matter how careful I am. I honestly cannot see why this product has so many good reviews.

First few uses seemed OK,my hair felt a bit dry after using both this and the shampoo but wasnt too fussed till my hair started coming out at an alarming rate,stopprrd using it and have just used another shampoo hairs back to its bouncy shiny self and no more hair loss.My skin has also reacted badly to it too . I know there's lots of good reviews so very dissapointed it didn't work for me. if you have sensitive skin I'd steer clear

As the proud owner of long hair (and I have had my hair this length for a long time!) I have been through a lot of shampoos and conditioners in my years. I noticed my hair was starting to get a bit thin and lacking some oomph so I thought I would go down the route of thickening hair products. After reading many glowing reviews I decided to spend a bit more and go for the OGX biotin and collagen range and bought the shampoo and conditioner. I wasn’t very impressed at first but I thought maybe you have to give it a good go before seeing any results. I am disappointed to say that after a few weeks how on earth can you call this a thickening shampoo? It has left my hair limp, knotty, really static and looking like I have smothered it in an oil slick the day after I have washed it. I don’t go overboard with the amounts I use and I do not put conditioner on my scalp either. The ends were also dry and knotty the next day. Not the va va voom I was expecting, if anything my hair looks and feels even thinner. I am not loosing much hair naturally either. I am beginning to think I have possibly been given a bad batch??? I am really disappointed in it after having high hopes and reading everyone else having success. Absolutely no wow factor with this so I won’t be buying this range again.

Both my daughters have long thick hair and l choose this conditioner based on the reviews as l knew they needed a really good conditioner. So the product smells nice, amd appears a nice consistency. BUT after washing it out, their hor was still course and l still needed a lot of hair serum to remove the tangles. I was really disappointed. We had used pantene previously, which was good but l like trying different products so we tried this. I am back to Pantene now as thay does leave their hair shiney and tangle free. Definitely avoid this product.

Johnson & Johnson OGX Makes Your Hair Fall Out and there is currently a Class Action Lawsuit against them. Do your own research, but this has been my experience and I wish I had found out sooner. I have not had a good experience with using this product. I purchased it back in February 2020 and after two months of use, I am experiencing hair loss and scalp damage. It has been a really traumatising experience. They use an ingredient called DMDM hydantoin, a formaldehyde donor known to slowly leach formaldehyde when coming into contact with water. formaldehyde is a well-known human carcinogen that can cause cancer and other harmful reactions when absorbed into the skin.

This shampoo and conditioner made my hair fall out ! I used it for six weeks , and in that time my hair thinned dramatically. For a shampoo that claims to give healthier hair it has ruined mine. My hair is now so dry and damaged I've had to cut most of it off. My hair is not dyed and previously was fine but healthy. I wanted to get thicker hair and instead i'm left with fragile hair that breaks. I now have switched to another shampoo and my hair is already looking better.

I used this a few times then it started to burn my head! My head is still red after 1 month! My scalp was itching like crazy. I don't know why companies would put things in products that could potentially burn peoples head. Every time I look in mirror I see my scalp is red, It's Depressing :( It's up to you if you wanna risk messing up your skin. Wish I never bought this crap.

So, I've been using this product for around 18 months and have had continued hair loss - which I put down to hormones as I am 49. My new hairdresser suggested I try another product as when she washed my hair none came out - so I have purchased a different product and only now realise just how much of my hair this product made fall out. Be aware, I have lost A LOT of hair whilst using this.
