Looks really good. Paper is thin but this shouldn't cause too many problems. Content of maths, the progression and clarity will make this a worthwhile purchase for any teacher or parent with a year 2 class. Very pleased.

Great book!

this is really helping a year 2 child practice their counting at home. lightweight paper - but that is ok. Some printing is faint - i.e. showing subtraction with shapes crossed out , the crossing out is barely visible. However, it gives loads of practice in basic maths, using visualisation as well as many layouts. I think it may work best if you have some history of teaching in class. Nevertheless, examples are given on how to compute basic maths.

Excellent. I use this book to help me make slides on the interactive whiteboard and model strategies to children when I'm teaching.
