I repeat purchase these. They absorb more iron into the body than a supplement with higher dosage would. They give you the option for added vitamin c so you can rest assured you will be absorbing as much of the natural iron as possible. Convenient and good to have in a sachet though shame the sachets are not recyclable as feels like a lot of plastic waste, would be good to have it in a bottle. Tastes just like apple juice which is great as the original water has a bad flavour and I had to mix with other juice, so this apple flavour makes it easy to swallow on its own.

The best iron supplement there is. No side effects, no irritation on the bowels. Dr recommended a long time ago due to anaemia and I still use it on and off. The taste isn't the worse it has an apple taste with a little metallic aftertaste, as someone that's not a fan of apple it is drinkable for the benefit.
