Nice and comfortable, firm but soft enough to have a good restful sleep.

This mattress is fantastic quality. It is very deep, very supportive and an extremely comfortable mattress. It feels very sturdy and has improved my sleep a lot. It was very easy to set up. It comes densely wrapped in a roll. Its surprising it fits into the box! All you do is cut the packaging off carefully and then it springs into shape. I let it rise for 72 hours to make sure it was completely settled, and it has been fantastic ever since. I have had this mattress for about 5 months now, and I have absolutely no complaints.

Very happy with this mattress. I wasnt expecting it to be quite so good and getting it with a discount was brilliant. Two men delivered it and took it upstairs. My husband thought it would be rubbish as hes never seen a mattress vacuum packed. It is firm but comfortable with a lovely topping on it. Id happily recommend this

Needed to replace a 4" mattress with a more comfy one on an electric bed and use a V pillow for use with tv viewing. As i have a hip issue i needed something comfy to lie on . It is bouncy compared to a solid mattress but happy to have tried it out to get a better nights sleep. Price was good to take a chance on but for me is hard to turn in the bed as my problem and not the mattress. One thing i found when looking for my mattress was size and needing a longer european size over standard size was important

It didn't come next day as promised when ordering. At first the delivery company said it would arrive the next day. Then they changed it to Monday. Then I got a message telling me to choose a day, and the earliest day was Tuesday. This left me sleeping on a mattress with springs sticking out for 4 days after the promised date. The mattress itself is very comfortable. It was very bumpy the first night, but has settled by the second. It's not too soft that you sink into it and not too hard that it feels like you're sleeping on a bed of bricks. I suffer from back pain ever since I had a nasty accident. At the moment, it seems to be supporting it well. I'm not waking in as much pain as of yet. I've been sleeping on the mattress a little over a week now. The double size fits the bed base well and it is a little higher than my previous mattress, which stops me having to stoop so much to get on or off it. It seems to be keeping the heat between the mattress and the duvets. No body heat seems to be escaping. It seems to be more memory foam than it is coiled springs, which is good because there is less chance of the springs breaking through the mattress before normal wear and tear happens over the years. The springs seem to be there fir support only, but they do a good job at doing so. When first unpacking it, the noise it made when the air was getting into it made me think I accidentally bought an inflatable bed. Do not be fooled by this. It grows in size quite quickly. I highly recommend this mattress. If you have the time and room to do so , I would advise you to let it settle for a night once unpacked before putting it on your bed. I regretted buying it on night one, but I learnt that was my fault for not allowing it to settle. I was, and still an, very happy I bought it from night 2. I bought it in the Black Friday sale with a good discount, but I would still recommend it at full price if you can afford it. If they send it out by ArrowXL, don't set your expectations on receiving it the following day. That's my only negative.

Different users will prefer different mattress characteristics. I have several broken vertebra and need a quality mattress so that I can have a good night's rest. My old mattress had seen good use and was past its prime. I took a gamble and ordered one of these and it worked out well. It arrived compressed into a cylinder shape and the driver carried it to my doorstep. I managed to get it upstairs by tipping it end over end and unpacked in the bedroom. It assumed its final shape after a few hours and proved very comfortable for me when tested. I would buy again. UPDATE: it's now March 2026 and we have been pleased with our purchase. The mattress can be rotated every few weeks or months to spread the pressure. What surprised us was the mattress can't be turned over. Only one surface can be slept on, the other side consists of a wooden board covered in fabric. What looks like a topper in the photos is actually attached to the mattress. It's still good value and works well but buyers need to be aware that it can't be turned over and slept on.
