Does this product have a fragrance?

As i've to think about it, it probably doesn't. Have bought this twice(on second jar now) just love product.. tend to use it as a night balm.

I have regular 8 hour gel which I use on my lips anyway. Is this actually any different?

No but I found it more difficult & messy to use because it’s in the pot & you have to put your finger in to get it out. The stick is much more discreet to carry around & use but beware when buying the lipstick shaped ones on Amazon because I’m sure one of the cheaper ones I bought a very good looking fake!

Does this tingle or have a menthol feeling?

there is a slight menthol feeling, but its hardly noticeable. It has a nice smell and is extremely moisturising so has more of a chapstick feel to it.

does it have a color or its se through?

It looks a pinkish colour but you can't see it when it's on!
