Really does help a sluggish bowel
I couldn’t survive ( well that’s a bit OTT but:) I’ve had a sluggish digestion for years and as I aged it got worse ( one of the things that happens along with snoring blocked ears and gritty eyes) I found 2 tea spoons of lepicol in the morning in water solved the problem The plus with digestive enzymes is even better I used linseeds previous but the Lepicol is easier and better if you’re away from home Sometimes it’s just soluble fibre, water and exercise and keep it up every day That’s my find anyway and far better than lax tabs

Good natural supplement for digestive tract
Have used this for many years, would purchase from a high street chain health food store, which without explanation ceased to stock item. It i simple to prepare , two teaspoons mixed with water, but, be aware it is not designed to dissolve but remains in suspension. This must be consumed immediately as it forms a gel after a while, this helps aid bowel regularity. If you need to promote regularity it is worth a try.

Love it – works great for digestion!
I’ve been buying this on and off for years now, which probably says a lot already. A friend recommended it to me ages ago to help with digestion, and I’m really happy with how well it works. The product itself and the packaging are both great. Honestly, I’m super satisfied – more than satisfied, actually!

Avoid. Plastic seal on tub was broken and inner foil peeled back. Clearly not damaged but obviously opened/used, despite being advertised as new.

As Expected It Cleans You Out Which Is A Good Thing As Those Who Have Regular Bowl Movements Have Lower Incidents Of Bowl/Colorectal Cancer. The UK RDA For Fibre Is 30g So This Helps Me Achieve This Target. Highly Recommended
