We picked this punching bag up for our 5 year old son so that he would have a way to keep active and get his energy out on days when playing outside for an extended period aren't really an option (snow, rain, etc). I was pleasantly surprised that the punching bag appears to be very durable and well made for a children's product. My son has punched, tackled, and fell on this thing countless times in the past week and it's no worse for the wear. Inside the box you get everything needed to setup and use the punching bag including a hand pump, punching gloves, the punching bag, a protector floor cover, and small instruction manual that was for a dinosaur punching bag instead of this one but the setup instructions were similar so it wasn't really a big deal, certainly not worth taking a star off of but worth noting. The punching bag has been a big hit. He has used it almost every day since we got it and when his cousin comes to visit she likes to take a turn punching it as well. I think most kids would love to have one of these punches bags! Pros: ✔ Highly entertaining and keeps my son active. It's a great way for him to get some indoor exercise. ✔ Materials are durable and well made. ✔ Includes everything needed to setup and use in the box. ✔ Uses one-way/check valves to make blowing up and keeping air inside the punching bag easier. Cons: ✘ A little bit tricky to blow up with 1 person using the included hand pump. Would be much easier with two people. ✘ The instructions included in the box were for a different style of punching bag (dinosaur) but the instructions were mostly the same and it did not impact the setup. ✘ At the time of ordering it was not available in any other colors! Would love a blue or red, but my little guy is still happy with the pink. Conclusion: None of the cons listed above are worthy of a negative rating. This is a well made, durable, and fun to use punching bag to use that I think practically any kid out there would love to have. Highly recommended.

My 4 year old is super active and this punching bag seemed like a perfect fit to get his energy out and tire him out. Even though it was pink, it was worth to get for my little one to have fun with and exercise. Upon first impression, I found the set good quality and it included a nice set of gloves and a pump to put air in the punching bag and instructions that were easy to follow. The bottom part included a waterproof cover and you could fill it with water or sand. One thing I found could improve a bit was the pump. It needed two people to pump it properly and air kept coming out. It was bit difficult to pump and took some effort and time and team work. But once done, the air stayed put and stayed inflated. No leakage at this time noted and we had pumped it over two weeks ago. The kids really enjoy playing with this punching bag and have a ton of fun with it. They don't use the gloves it came with, but like punching it and kicking it and my four year old gets a lot of his energy out on this punching bag. Overall, this is a good quality punching bag set. It comes with everything you need to set it up and seems to be holding air in it just fine. We filled it with sand and it stayed firm and in place and took quite the beating from my four year old and 11 year old too. It is holding up great so far. They both enjoyed playing with it and don't mind that it is pink either. Even I had some fun with it too and find it quite relaxing to punch. Not a bad choice but need a bit of improvement with the pump. Not the greatest pump to be honest.
