hi, i only need to replace the old, broken cast iron cover, the frame is ok. the dimensions are: exterior 67x52cm and internal 61x46. will it fit?

The dimensions of the cover only are 62cm x 47cm. Hope this helps others.

Manhole covers do i have to cement them on or not

The actual lid I have measures 620 x 470 so it all depends on the dimensions of your "slot" and whether the lid will sit in it. I cemented the new frame on top of the old frame rather than smash it out !
