Whilst the remote which came with my box works well, I elected to order this mini keyboard at the same time. I have one for my other box and it really makes utilising the features of the box much more enjoyable.Its very comfortable to hold and the build quality appears long lasting. The keys don't stick as I have experienced with others. Setting it up is very easily, just remove the battery cover which is on the underside of the device and there you'll find the wireless adapter which you insert inside the USB slot of your box then power on the keyboard and it just works!! It even has a windows key, something I've not witnessed on others. Well worth the money and charges via USB - lead supplied..

Its ok but using the touch pad is extremely frustrating as it takes forever to try and move the cursor arrow across the screen no matter how you do it or how many fingers you use. Did not have this problem with my last one which was a different brand.

My initial review of this product gave it three stars and I called it 'passable' however Globmall got in touch with me directly after that review, addressed the functionality issues that I had and sent me a replacement and I'm happy to say that it works much better with my smart TV now. I required a keyboard that allowed me to easily surf the web and enter search terms on my TV and this now does the job; it's a good size and nice and lightweight, the mouse control is responsive and easy to use. I appreciated the customer support and am happy to amend my review accordingly.

This is an updated review, my initial thoughts were not great but it turns out the unit was faulty, I liaised with Sherry from Globmall who arranged for a replacement unit to be shipped out to me, this was done very quickly and I received it 2 days later, I have now used it for a few days and all seems well, battery life seems ok at the moment, all together it looks like it’s a well made keyboard feeling sturdy in the hand.

The mouse pad only works when it feels like it. But all other features are working fine.

Okay so I've been using this non stop for a few hours now and I must say it is absolutely fantastic! It's what i've always been waiting for. I have a sony 55" 4k TV and using the remote for browsing and searching for things in the netflix or youtube app is such a pain. This has a mousepad which is priceless for quick navigation! You can also left click and right click, volume up and volume down and use the navigation trackpad.It's a joy to use. The Esc button was the "back" on the remote for me. everything works perfectly. I mainly used it for the TV but i'm sure it would work perfectly for computer use also!

Item does not work at all, tried all troubleshooting options and no power lights at all, charged it up turned on again and still nothing , it must be faulty, not happy.

The second one I have bought. I use kodi for a htpc in my living room so this kind of keyboard is very useful. The most I liked is the size because is little bit bigger than the other one I have but I am missing lights on keys in order to use in dark conditions.On top of that the trackpad has a proper response so is easy to manage and control tge computer and kodi as well because arrows for moving up, down and side easily.The battery is ok so I have charged only once from new.
