I have two sets of retainers: one invisalign set and one hawley/wired set. Can I fit both of these in one case?

I would say no to both sets. I use for just my Invisalign liners

Does it work if you haven't had braces?

This item is just the case that the invisiline brace goes in when you take it out to eat. They work like braces and you have a different brace on every few weeks. They are a great way to adjust teeth. But this product is an empty case!

does this have air holes in the box or is it sealed shut when closed ?

There is no air hole of the box so I think it’s sealed shut when closed.
