Please is it compatible with windows 7and does it incorporate force feed back.

Yes it is compatible with Windows 7 without any drivers needed, and it does not have force feedback.

how many buttons does it have?

12 buttons, with the hat switch, and yaw controls on the throttle, loads of buttons really :-)

Hi Quick question is the joystick compatible with Mac os

It should work fine, I have read that this is one of the HOTAS sticks that supports OSX and though I have no mac games to try, my Mac running Yosemite detects this as a T-Flight Hotas X out of the box

Do these rudder pedal work with this rig? http://amzn.to/2kRNS2m

So long as your game allows control input from multiple sources I can't see why it wouldn't work with those pedals. The throttle has a rocker switch on the back usually used for rudder control but it can likely be remapped for something else if you have the rudder pedals.
